Cleaning by the hour is charged by the hour. Everything else depends on size, condition and access, so it gets quoted properly — free, in writing, and before you commit to anything.

Things people ask before booking
Do I need to be in while you clean?
Not at all. Plenty of our regular customers give us a key or a key safe code, and we let ourselves in and lock up afterwards. Every key is logged, tagged with a code rather than an address, and kept secure.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes — everything is included in the price. If you would rather we used your own products, perhaps because of allergies, pets or a particular surface, just leave them out and tell us.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry £5m public liability insurance, and we are happy to send you a copy of the certificate before you book.
How do you work out a price?
For domestic and commercial work we price on the size of the property and how often you want us. For driveways, patios and memorials we price the job, not the hour — send a photo and a rough size and we will give you a fixed figure.
Is there a minimum booking?
Domestic cleans start at 2 hours. There is no minimum for stone or memorial cleaning; those are quoted as a whole job.
What happens if I am not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and put it right at no charge. That is the whole policy — there is nothing else to it.
