Priced per site, after a look round
Hourly rates start at £25, but contracts are priced on floor area, frequency and specification. The survey is free and takes about twenty minutes.

From survey to first clean
Free site survey
Twenty minutes on site to see the floor area, the traffic and the trouble spots.
Written specification
A task list by area and frequency, with a fixed monthly price against it.
Trial period
The first month runs as a trial. If it is not right, walk away with 30 days' notice.
Ongoing review
We check in quarterly and adjust the specification as your premises change.
Commercial cleaning questions
Can you clean outside our opening hours?
Yes, and most of our commercial customers prefer it. Early mornings, evenings and weekends are all normal for us, and alarm codes and key holding are handled the same careful way as domestic keys.
Do you provide consumables?
We can. Hand towels, toilet rolls, soap and bin liners can be included in your monthly invoice at cost plus a small handling charge, so you stop running out on a Friday afternoon.
What paperwork do you provide?
Public liability certificate, COSHH sheets for every product we bring on site, a written method statement and a site-specific risk assessment. If your insurer or landlord asks for it, we have it.
What if our cleaner is off sick?
Cover is part of the contract, not an extra. We will tell you who is coming and they will have been briefed on your site beforehand.
Is there a minimum contract?
No long tie-in. Contracts run monthly with 30 days' notice on either side. We would rather keep you because the work is good.
