Domestic Cleaning
Regular, one-off and end-of-tenancy cleaning for homes across London and Surrey — with the same cleaner each visit and a price agreed up front.
A home you do not have to think about
Most people book us because the house is one job too many, not because they cannot clean. So we work to a list you set, we do it the same way every time, and we tell you if something needs attention rather than quietly leaving it.
- Kitchens: surfaces, hob, splashbacks, sink, exterior of appliances, floors
- Bathrooms: bath, shower, screens, tiles, sanitaryware, descaling, mirrors
- Living areas: dusting, skirtings, sills, mirrors, vacuuming, mopping
- Bedrooms: dusting throughout, beds changed if linen is left out
- Add-ons: inside oven, inside fridge, interior windows, ironing
- Everything logged so nothing is missed on the day
Three ways people book us

A one-off reset — spring clean, after building work, or before guests.
- Inside the oven and fridge
- Limescale removed properly
- Skirtings, doors and frames
- Interior windows and sills
End of tenancy
Priced on bedrooms and condition. Landlords and agents welcome.
- Photographic record supplied
- Inside all cupboards and appliances
- Full bathroom descale
- Re-clean if the agent disputes it
On prices: the hourly rate covers regular domestic work. Deep cleans and end-of-tenancy cleans are quoted per property, because a first clean after a long gap is a very different job from a fortnightly one — we would rather price it honestly than surprise you afterwards.
The things that actually worry people
Keys and access
Keys are tagged with a code, never an address, and stored in a locked cabinet. A key safe works just as well if you prefer.
Pets, children, allergies
Tell us and we will adjust. Non-caustic products as standard, and we are happy to use yours instead.
Time slots
We give you a morning or afternoon window rather than a precise time, and message you if traffic makes us late.
Domestic cleaning questions
How long does a clean take?
A typical three-bedroom house on a regular fortnightly clean takes around three hours. First cleans usually take longer because there is more to get on top of; we will tell you if we think that is likely before we start.
Will it be the same cleaner every time?
Yes, wherever we possibly can. If your regular cleaner is ill or on holiday we will tell you in advance and send someone who has been briefed on your home, or move the visit if you would rather wait.
What is not included?
As standard we do not do exterior windows above ground floor, ovens as part of a regular clean (it is a separate add-on), clinical waste, or anything that needs ladders beyond a two-step. Anything else, ask.
Do you do end-of-tenancy cleans?
Yes. These are quoted on the size and condition of the property, and include inside the oven, inside cupboards and appliances, and a full bathroom descale. We send photographs so you have evidence for the deposit return.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or card after each visit, or monthly in arrears for regular customers. No direct debit, no contract, no cancellation fee.

Tell us roughly how big the house is and how often you would like us. Most quotes come back the same day.
