Cleared without stopping the business
Commercial clearances are mostly planning: when the building lets us in, where the van can load, what has to be recorded, and what needs to happen before the next trade arrives. We sort that out first, so the clearance itself is the easy part.
- Office furniture and full office clearances
- Shops, showrooms and restaurants
- Warehouses and storage units
- Strip-outs ahead of a refit
- IT and electrical equipment
- End-of-lease clearances

From site visit to handover
Site visit
We see the space, the access, the loading arrangements and what needs to go.
Written quote and plan
A fixed price, a date, and a plan that works with your building.
Clearance
Cleared in as few visits as possible, out of hours if that helps.
Paperwork and handover
Waste transfer notes sent over, and the space left swept.
Confidential paperwork and data: documents and hard drives holding personal data need certified secure destruction. Tell us about them when you enquire — if that part of the job needs a specialist, we will say so and work alongside one rather than take it on ourselves.
Handing the keys back?
Clean Slates Cleaning can follow the clearance with an end-of-lease or builders’ clean, so the space is ready for the landlord or the next trade.
Commercial clearance questions
Do you provide waste transfer notes?
Yes, for every collection. Your business has a legal duty of care over its waste, and the transfer note is your record that it went to a registered carrier.
Can you work outside office hours?
Yes, by arrangement. Evenings and weekends often make most sense for offices and shops that need to keep trading.
Can you take IT equipment?
Yes. Computers, monitors and other electricals are sent for proper recycling. Anything holding data needs to be wiped or securely destroyed first — talk to us about that when you enquire.
Our building has strict access rules. Is that a problem?
No. Tell us about goods lift bookings, loading bay times or insurance requirements and we will plan the clearance around them.
How long will it take?
It depends on the size of the space and the access. We will give you a realistic timescale with the quote, and plan the work to cause as little disruption as possible.
