Get your clearance price

Tap through a few quick questions about what needs to go, and we come back with a fixed price. No call-out fee and no obligation.

What do you need cleared or collected?
What needs clearing?
How many bedrooms does the property have?
How full is it?
Is this a probate or bereavement clearance?

It helps us plan. We set aside paperwork, photographs and personal items as we go.

How is it stored?
Can you estimate the weight of the waste?

A rough guess is fine. A builders' bulk bag full of rubble can weigh a tonne or more; the same bag of garden waste is far lighter.

Roughly how much is there?
Where is it now?

We carry everything out ourselves; this just helps us plan the time and the team.

Can we park close by?

In London especially, parking changes how we plan the job.

When do you need it gone?
Photos and anything else

Optional, but a few photos make clearance quotes far more accurate.
